MileLog — Data Deletion Request

Delete data from within the app

1Open MileLog on your device

2Go to the Settings tab

3Tap Sign Out to disconnect your account

4Your local trip data can be cleared by uninstalling the app

Request complete data deletion

To request that all of your data be permanently deleted from our servers — including your account, trip history, vehicle information, and route memory — send an email to the address below with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include the email address associated with your MileLog account.

Send your request to:

support@mile-log.app

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following from our servers:

— Your user account and email address

— All trip records (dates, distances, routes, classifications)

— Vehicle information

— Route memory data

— Any synced waypoint data

What is NOT stored on our servers

If you used MileLog as a guest (without creating an account), your data is stored only on your device and is not on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
